Publication Notification
As we are approaching the final date of the publication of ICCES2019, please download the following files and check the publication status of your paper. 
Should you have any questions, please contact us by sending email to icces@techscience.com before June 21, 2019. Overdue requests will not be accepted. 
For authors who still did not respond, please email us with your permission before June 21, 2019. Papers without publication permission will be excluded from publication of ICCES2019.

Publication Schedule

1. Abstract
Abstracts will be published on ICCES Online (ISSN: 1933-2815)
Abstracts will be sent to ICCES Online (ISSN: 1933-2815) by April 22, 2019. 


2. Full paper
Springer will publish full papers and make proceedings arrangement on Lecture Notes in Electric Engineering (ISSN: 1876-1100 ), Advances in Intelligent System and Computing (ISSN: 2194-5357), etc.
Full papers will be sent to Springers by April 30, 2019.

3. Journal publication
1) Recommendations include all journals of Tech Science Press (www.techscience.com).
2) Recommendations have to be full papers. 
3) Full papers will be selected by TSP’s journals’ editors first.
4) Selected papers will be sent to the chair of the symposium, and chairs will recommend excellent papers to journal publication. 
5) The recommendation is due April 30, 2019.

Note: To be noticed that, journal editors-in-chief will have the right to make the final decision of all submitted papers. Recommended papers still have chances to have rejection. Rejected papers will be published with the proceedings of ICCES2020.
