Allotted Time
- Each speaker has been allocated 20 minutes for the presentation. It is suggested that the speech should be for 15 minutes and leaving 5 minutes for questions.
- Plenary/Semi-plenary speakers have 30 minutes for their presentations, likewise, 25 minutes of speech and 5 minutes for questions.
- Keynote speakers have 25 minutes for their presentations. They can plan a 20 minutes speech and 5 minutes questions.
Conference Room Facilities
- Each speaker is encouraged to use YOUR own computer to give presentation.
- The ICCES2019 rooms are equipped with projector and screen.
- Common connections such as HDMI is provided in each room.
