Any forms of submission(regular abstract, extended abstract(short paper) or full-length paper) to the ICCES 2019 Conference must not, under any circumstances, contain the same essential technical content as other papers submitted to any other conference.

 

All forms of submission (regular abstract, extended abstract(short paper) or full-length paper) at ICCES2019 are welcomed to be presented during the conference. Selected abstracts will be encouraged to be extended to short/full papers and  will be post-conference published, and made freely available to world community. Outstanding extended full paper will be invited to be published in any Special issues applied to CMES, CMC, FDMP, MCB, S&V, JRM or SDHM.

 

 

Post Conference Refereed Publication

The authors of selected papers who expressed their intention to publish their papers through ICCES will receive notification of the review result of their submission to ICCES 2019. The Chairs will select papers to be ready for the Post-conference Publication. Selected papers for Post-conference Publication should be in a finalized form (extended or full length paper form if necessary) and must not have been previously published elsewhere.

 

Peer-Review

All forms of submission (regular abstract, extended abstract(short paper) or full-length paper) will undergone editor’s screening. Then, submissions will be sent to independent referees chosen by the committee, and the reports from the referees are then considered by the Chairs, who will make the final decision. The submissions which the authors submit should be original and unpublished. All submissions must be in English and be checked for correct grammar and spelling. The standard format and page limits which are listed in the giving “Template” should be strictly abided by in the submitted papers. All submissions for consideration of acceptance are required to go through a thorough peer-review procedure. The final decision is made by committee Chairs (decisions made by Guest Chair for special session will be double checked and approved by the committee Chairs). Minimum of one independent expert will be required to complete peer-review. A single-blind review is applied, where the identities of authors are acknowledged by reviewers. Peer review comments are confidential and will only be disclosed with the express agreement of the reviewer.

 

Review Policy

The submission format is the same as the camera-ready format. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. Each submission should clearly indicate its technical or scientific contributions and the theme which it belongs to.

 

All submissions will be subject to the single-blind peer-review process.

 

Submissions that are out of the conference theme or contain plagiarism in anyway from any source will be rejected without consideration.

 

Thus, the organizing committee makes a special statement concerning contributions. The statement is as follows:

1). All submissions (regular abstract, extended abstract(short paper)/full-length paper) contributed to ICCES2019 must be new articles which have not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.

 

2). Several kinds of submissions are to be declined by ICCES2019: (1) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid of any statistics, experiments or designs; (2) Plagiarized articles; (3) Articles translated by translation software; (4) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.

 

3). ICCES2019 takes a tough position to plagiarism. All articles registered for post-conference publication will be tested for plagiarism. Any article that fails to pass the plagiarism detection will be sent back to its writer and the writer will be charged for an inspection fee of 100$USD.

 

4). ICCES2019 earnestly requests article-contributors to scrupulously abide by academic ethics. ICCES2019 also objects to repeated submission of one article and withdrawal of articles without reason. Any academic misbehavior concerning articles contributed will be reported to the workplaces of the contributors.

 

5). In order to strengthen the supervision and examination of articles and to ensure the quality of articles for post-conference publication, the administration team of ICCES2019 will examine each article for five to ten work-days. Please be patient ICCES2019 Program Committee.
