Introduction of Tokyo University of Science
 

Tokyo University of Science, is one of Japan’s famous universities in the field of science and technology. Its predecessor was the Tokyo Academy of Physics (later renamed the Tokyo School of Physics) founded by 21 graduates of Imperial University of Tokyo (now Tokyo University) in Meiji 14 years (1881). With the reform of the new university system in 1949, it was reorganized and renamed as Tokyo University of Science.
